We accept all major credit cards. Credit cards used at time of service are processed by the end of the next business day. Cards used to reserve service may be processed prior to service with clients acknowledgement.
We appreciate that things come up that force a cancellation of service. However once a car has been scheduled and a chauffeur assigned we may not be able to reschedule the car, therefore we asses 50% of the fare for cancellation. (Collection fees and any and all other lawful fees will be charged to the client.) 100% will be assessed if cancellation occurs after a vehicle has been dispatched to perform service.
Gratuities are a tradition in our industry. Fares do not include a gratuity for your chauffeur. The industry minimum in the United States is 20% for adequate service. If extra-ordinary service is received a more generous gratuity is appreciated. Gratuities may be given in cash (preferred) or added to your credit card. If the gratuity is prepaid and you feel that the service you received deserved more, you may pay an additional amount by cash or credit. Many companies charge an automatic gratuity but do not give this money to the chauffeur. We are appalled by this flagrant breach of ethics. All gratuities are paid to your chauffeur. We encourage you to be generous with your chauffeur. We ARE chauffeur driven!
All deposits are non-refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown, delays or termination of charter due to weather or unsafe driving conditions. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles if inclement weather or mechanical breakdown render an unsafe condition. Your safety is our primary concern.
Damage to Vehicles:
Client assumes full responsibility for damage to vehicles by them or their guests. A fee of $100.00 (or actual replacement or repair cost - whichever is greater) will be charged for any carpet or fabric damage. A sanitation fee of $250.00 will be charged for excessive cleaning or cleaning of hazardous or biological soiling. Alcoholic consumption by anyone under the age of 21 and drug use is prohibited by law. Smoking is not permitted inside of vehicles. It is illegal to stand up through the moon roof at any time. Not responsible for articles left in vehicles. Vehicles can not be loaded beyond seating capacity.
